- Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Uvine.com Limited Store website. Prices in our emails, printed material may be higher or lower. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T., duty and delivery to central Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou (with a minimum purchase. For valid details refer to Delivery page). In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. Deliveries to foreign addresses, certain remote China locations will attract an additional delivery charge. Deliveries to these locations is possible but will be quoted for on an individual basis. - Ordering Goods
The minimum order is 1 case (6 bottles) in Guangzhou or 200 RMB in Shanghai and Beijing. To buy products from our online store you will need to register with the site (new customers) or log in to the site (existing customers who have already registered). At any point you can return to a previous screen to make amendments. After entering your details you will have a final chance to check all the details of your order. If you need to amend your order after you have received your order confirmation, please contact us directly. (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm). Once your order has been accepted, Torres China will confirm your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. Please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by Torres China in our database and these details can be made available on request.
- Validation Checks
Upon delivery if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order.
- Delivery of Goods
From the receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 2 days (working days) . Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. (Working days do not include weekends and national holidays.) During the order process you will be asked to select your preferred delivery date and we will endeavour to arrange delivery when requested, however we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular hour. Deliveries to remote locations will take longer. If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you within 1 day of receipt of your order to agree an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation and a refund.
- Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. If you require delivery overseas or payment by other methods then this service is available but will be quoted for on an individual basis.
- Claims
Claims for breakages and missing bottles must be notified in writing on the consignment note at the time of delivery. Please contact us immediately of any damage or loss, in order to speed up and facilitate your claim. Non-delivery must be notified within 1 day of the notified date of despatch. Any failure to comply will result in the non-satisfaction of any claim.
